ROSEWOOD CABINET

This contemporary cabinet on a stand, finished with French polish throughout, is made from Sonokeling Rosewood, ripple Maple and Cedar.

Inside the cabinet are three full width shelves and at the base two drawers, side by side. The cabinet is primarily constructed of panels comprising highly figured hand cut veneers fixed to a Brazilian Mahogany ground. A Cedar panel framed in Rosewood forms the back.

The stand is made of solid Rosewood and Maple. Finely tapered legs are linked by an arched Maple stretcher.

The whole piece is visually harmonised by the use of gently curving hand carved components of ripple Maple. This exceptionally striking and finely crafted piece, or similar, can be purchased for £7,500.
