CHERRY BOX

This box was made from a small amount of wood retrieved from a Cherry tree felled in Norway some 15 years ago. It has a Cedar bottom and a Rosewood lining. This type of piece perhaps represents an affordable starting point for commissioned fine furniture. It is an excellent way to finally utilize that lovely board of wood many of us have had tucked away in the garage for years!

A similar box can be purchased for around £300 to £400.
